OTPL is led by Dr. Smitha Shine and Dr. Shine P. Sasidhar, both of whom bring over two decades of extensive industry experience.
Dr. Smitha Shine holds a Ph.D. in Management and has significant research expertise in stress management across corporate and government sectors. Her professional strengths include education and corporate training. She has received numerous awards and recognitions for her contributions to management research, education, and professional development.
Dr. Shine P. Sasidhar holds degrees in Engineering, Law, and an MBA with specializations in Marketing and Human Resources, as well as an LLM in Corporate Law and Securities. He earned his Ph.D. in Management with a focus on Corporate Governance. His areas of expertise include sales and marketing, teaching and training, operations management, contract and commercial negotiations, and legal affairs. He has held various senior management positions across India, Malaysia, China, and the Middle East.
